GDMO Professional - General Medicine

The GDMO Professional - General Medicine will provide general medical care, OPD/IPD support, emergency response, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient counselling at Aster DM Healthcare, Mumbai. This requires MBBS with general medicine experience and 1–5 years of experience in healthcare medical services.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate OPD, IPD, emergency, and ward patients with medical conditions.
• Diagnose and manage fever, infection, diabetes, hypertension, respiratory, and systemic illnesses.
• Plan investigations, medication, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Review lab reports, imaging, vitals, and patient progress.
• Coordinate with specialists, ICU, nursing, diagnostics, and pharmacy teams.
• Maintain prescriptions, clinical notes, and discharge summaries.
• Counsel patients on disease management, medication, lifestyle, and follow-up.
• Ensure compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based general medicine care.
