About the Job:

We are hiring experienced Bouncers for our hospital units to manage crowd control, maintain discipline, and handle emergency or sensitive situations within hospital premises. The selected candidates will be responsible for controlling unauthorized entry, managing aggressive behavior, assisting security teams during emergencies, ensuring patient and staff safety, handling VIP movement when required, and maintaining law and order in high-footfall hospital environments.

Eligibility

• HSC / Graduate preferred
• 1 – 7 years of experience as Bouncer / Security Personnel
• Experience in hospital, mall, hotel, or event security preferred
• Strong physical fitness and alertness required
• Good communication and conflict-handling skills preferred

Locations:

Thane | Kalwa | Mumbra | Ulhasnagar | Mira Road | Vasai
