About the Job

Providing emergency and inpatient medical care in multi-speciality hospital units near your convenient location.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hospital administration and operational activities
• Coordinate with medical, nursing, HR, billing, and support departments
• Ensure smooth facility and housekeeping management
• Monitor security, biomedical, maintenance, and vendor services
• Ensure compliance with NABH and hospital regulations
• Handle patient grievances and improve service quality
• Maintain administrative reports and operational records
• Supervise staff discipline, attendance, and duty management
• Support hospital audits and management reviews
• Implement hospital policies and operational SOPs

Eligibility

• MBA in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management mandatory
• Minimum 3–8 years of hospital administration experience preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital operations
• Good communication and coordination abilities
