Head - Supply Chain Management

The Head - Supply Chain Management will lead procurement, vendor management, inventory control, supply planning, material availability, cost optimization, and supply chain governance at Aakash CIMS Hospital, Mathura. This requires any graduate qualification with 8–10 years of experience in supply chain or hospital materials management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead overall hospital supply chain management, procurement, stores, inventory, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure timely availability of medical, surgical, pharmacy, consumable, equipment, and general materials.
• Develop procurement strategies, vendor negotiation plans, rate contracts, and cost-control initiatives.
• Monitor purchase orders, stock levels, reorder points, pending supplies, and material movement.
• Coordinate with pharmacy, stores, finance, accounts, nursing, OT, ICU, laboratory, and administration teams.
• Review vendor performance, delivery timelines, pricing, quality, and service compliance.
• Ensure proper documentation of purchase records, GRN, stock registers, invoices, and supply chain MIS.
• Control inventory wastage, expiry, dead stock, emergency shortage, and excess purchase.
• Support audits, process improvement, policy implementation, and hospital compliance requirements.
• Guide supply chain team members on procurement discipline, documentation, and vendor communication.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising patient care quality.
• Ensure smooth, transparent, and efficient supply chain operations.
