Senior Executive - Purchase

The Senior Executive - Purchase will manage purchase coordination, vendor communication, quotation comparison, purchase order processing, stock follow-up, and procurement documentation at Aakash CIMS Hospital, Mathura. This requires B.Pharmacy or related field qualification with 3–5 years of purchase or supply chain experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle purchase activities for medicines, surgical items, consumables, equipment, and general hospital materials.
• Collect vendor quotations, prepare comparison statements, and support purchase approval process.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up for timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with stores, pharmacy, nursing, OT, ICU, laboratory, accounts, and vendors.
• Verify purchase requirements, stock availability, pending indent, and urgent material needs.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor details, PO files, delivery trackers, and procurement reports.
• Follow up on pending supplies, backorders, damaged materials, replacement items, and invoice issues.
• Support vendor negotiation, rate comparison, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure purchase documentation follows hospital SOPs and approval hierarchy.
• Track expiry-sensitive items, critical stock, and fast-moving hospital supplies.
• Report vendor delays, pricing issues, or material shortages to seniors.
• Ensure smooth, timely, and compliant purchase support.
