Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager will support supply chain management, procurement coordination, vendor follow-up, inventory monitoring, purchase documentation, and material availability at Aakash CIMS Hospital, Mathura. This requires B.Pharmacy or related field qualification with 3–5 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support procurement activities for pharmacy, medical consumables, surgical items, equipment, and hospital materials.
• Coordinate vendor quotations, purchase orders, delivery follow-up, and material availability.
• Monitor stock levels, reorder requirements, pending materials, shortages, and emergency purchase needs.
• Coordinate with stores, pharmacy, nursing, OT, ICU, laboratory, finance, and accounts teams.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor documents, stock reports, and supply chain trackers.
• Verify material requirements, delivery timelines, pricing, quality, and documentation.
• Support vendor negotiation, alternate vendor development, and cost-control initiatives.
• Track expiry, slow-moving stock, non-moving stock, and material consumption trends.
• Prepare supply chain MIS, procurement reports, and purchase follow-up updates.
• Follow hospital purchase SOPs, approval process, and documentation standards.
• Escalate vendor delays, stock shortages, or quality issues to seniors promptly.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective, and reliable supply chain support.
