Medical Superintendent - Deputy Medical Superintendent

The Medical Superintendent - Deputy Medical Superintendent will support hospital medical administration, clinical operations, patient care workflow, doctor coordination, quality compliance, medical documentation, and interdepartmental coordination at Aakash CIMS Hospital, Mathura. This preferably requires MBBS or BDS with MBA / MHA qualification and 8–10 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise hospital medical services, clinical operations, and patient care delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, resident doctors, nursing, ICU, OT, emergency, diagnostics, pharmacy, and administration teams.
• Monitor OPD, IPD, emergency, admission, discharge, referral, and patient care workflow.
• Support implementation of clinical protocols, hospital SOPs, patient safety practices, and quality standards.
• Handle patient care escalations, clinical coordination issues, and interdepartmental service concerns.
• Review medical documentation, duty rosters, clinical reports, incident reports, and operational updates.
• Support audit readiness, statutory compliance, NABH/quality requirements, and hospital governance.
• Coordinate with management for medical manpower planning and service improvement.
• Guide clinical teams on documentation, communication, and patient safety standards.
• Support infection control, emergency preparedness, and hospital policy implementation.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical, patient, and hospital information.
• Ensure safe, ethical, compliant, and patient-centered hospital medical operations.
