Junior Physiotherapist - Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre

The Junior Physiotherapist will help patients recover physical function, reduce pain, improve mobility, and regain independence through structured therapy plans. The requires strong physiotherapy knowledge, patient counselling skills, and coordination with clinical teams for safe rehabilitation outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patient movement, pain, weakness, balance, posture, and functional limitations.
• Plan therapy sessions according to patient condition and doctor recommendation.
• Provide strengthening exercises, mobility training, gait training, stretching, and pain management support.
• Support post-operative rehabilitation, inpatient physiotherapy, and OPD therapy services.
• Educate patients and attendants about exercises, posture, precautions, and recovery goals.
• Maintain therapy records, progress notes, assessment forms, and follow-up documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, rehabilitation teams, and patient care staff.
• Track patient progress and adjust therapy as required.
• Maintain equipment hygiene and therapy area readiness.
• Deliver patient-friendly and goal-focused physiotherapy care.
