Junior Physiotherapist - Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre

The Junior Physiotherapist will support rehabilitation services by assessing patient mobility, pain, strength, balance, and functional needs. The candidate will provide therapy sessions, exercise plans, recovery guidance, and documentation while coordinating with doctors, nurses, rehabilitation teams, and patient care departments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients for pain, weakness, mobility limitation, injury, post-operative needs, and rehabilitation goals.
• Prepare physiotherapy treatment plans based on diagnosis and doctor advice.
• Provide exercise therapy, mobility training, gait training, posture correction, and strengthening exercises.
• Support OPD physiotherapy, inpatient therapy, rehabilitation, and recovery care.
• Educate patients and caregivers about home exercises, precautions, and follow-up care.
• Maintain therapy notes, progress records, assessment forms, and patient documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, rehabilitation teams, and patient care departments.
• Monitor patient progress and modify therapy plans as required.
• Maintain patient privacy, comfort, and motivation during therapy.
• Deliver safe, practical, and goal-oriented physiotherapy support.
