Head - Manager - HR

The Head - Manager - HR will manage human resources operations, recruitment, employee relations, HR compliance, payroll coordination, policy implementation, training support, and manpower planning at Aakash CIMS Hospital, Mathura. This requires MBA in HR with healthcare experience and 3–5 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage hospital HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.
• Coordinate manpower planning with clinical, nursing, administrative, technical, and support departments.
• Handle recruitment sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer process, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee files, HR documentation, attendance records, leave records, and HR MIS.
• Implement HR policies, workplace rules, employee discipline, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate training, induction, performance review support, and staff engagement activities.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, exit formalities, and staff communication professionally.
• Coordinate with department heads, payroll team, administration, accounts, and management.
• Support statutory compliance, audit documentation, and HR reporting requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
• Improve HR workflow, staff retention, and employee experience.
• Ensure smooth, compliant, and organized HR department operations.
