Transplant Coordinator - Clinical Administration

The Transplant Coordinator will act as an important communication bridge between transplant consultants, patients, families, clinical teams, administration, diagnostics, ICU, OT, and regulatory support teams. The involves managing transplant documentation, organ coordination workflow, patient counselling, follow-up communication, and administrative readiness. The candidate should have strong healthcare operations knowledge, empathy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate transplant-related clinical and administrative workflows.
• Support organ management documentation, patient files, approvals, and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with transplant consultants, ICU, OT, nursing, laboratory, radiology, and administration teams.
• Guide patients and families regarding transplant process flow under clinical guidance.
• Maintain transplant registers, consent documents, communication records, and compliance files.
• Track investigations, appointments, procedures, and transplant readiness requirements.
• Support counselling, patient communication, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality of transplant, patient, and family information.
• Ensure timely documentation and smooth healthcare operations support.
• Follow hospital transplant protocols, patient safety, and ethical standards.
