Associate Consultant

The Associate Consultant will support critical care or surgical patient management, clinical decision-making, documentation, consultant coordination, and emergency response at Max Healthcare, Lucknow. This requires MBBS with MD or DNB and 0–3 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients in assigned critical care or surgical department.
• Assist consultants during rounds, procedures, treatment planning, and emergencies.
• Monitor patient progress, reports, vitals, and clinical response.
• Maintain patient records, progress notes, consent forms, and discharge summaries.
• Coordinate with nursing, ICU, OT, diagnostics, pharmacy, and support teams.
• Respond to urgent clinical changes and escalate critical issues promptly.
• Counsel patients and relatives under senior guidance.
• Ensure safe, ethical, and protocol-based clinical care.
