Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultation and first aid care in the Occupational Health Centre.
• Manage workplace illness, injury, emergency cases, and referrals.
• Conduct fitness assessments, periodic health checks, and employee medical evaluations.
• Maintain employee health records and OHC documentation.
• Support health awareness, preventive care, and wellness programs.
• Coordinate ambulance, hospital referral, and emergency transfer when required.
• Follow occupational health, safety, and compliance standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics in employee care.
