Resident Medical Officer - Nephrology

The Resident Medical Officer - Nephrology will support kidney care services, dialysis patient monitoring, ward management, documentation, and consultant coordination at Max Healthcare, Delhi. This requires MBBS, BAMS, or BHMS with 0–5 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor nephrology patients in OPD, IPD, dialysis unit, and ICU areas.
• Assist nephrologists during rounds, dialysis planning, and treatment review.
• Track vitals, renal function tests, fluid balance, electrolytes, and clinical progress.
• Coordinate dialysis sessions, investigations, medication, and patient movement.
• Prepare progress notes, prescriptions, discharge summaries, and handover records.
• Respond to dialysis-related complications and renal emergencies promptly.
• Coordinate with dialysis technicians, nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, and ICU teams.
• Follow nephrology protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
