The Doctor MBBS - OHC will manage occupational health services, employee medical care, emergency first aid, health records, and workplace health programs at Max Healthcare, Noida. This requires MBBS qualification with 1–5 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide medical consultation and first aid care at the Occupational Health Centre.
• Manage workplace injuries, medical emergencies, and employee health concerns.
• Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and fitness medical assessments.
• Maintain employee health records, medical certificates, and OHC documentation.
• Coordinate referrals to hospitals or specialists when required.
• Support health awareness, vaccination, wellness, and preventive care programs.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in employee healthcare.
