Associate Consultant - Neuro Anaesthesia

The Associate Consultant - Neuro Anaesthesia will support anesthesia care for neurosurgical cases, pre-operative assessment, intraoperative monitoring, post-operative recovery, and ICU coordination at Max Healthcare, Noida. This requires MBBS with MD Anaesthesia and 5–7 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessment for neurosurgical patients.
• Plan and assist in anesthesia management for neuro surgeries and procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals, airway, hemodynamics, fluids, and anesthesia depth during procedures.
• Coordinate with neurosurgeons, OT team, ICU, nursing, and recovery unit.
• Manage post-operative pain, airway care, and recovery monitoring.
• Maintain anesthesia records, consent documentation, and clinical notes.
• Respond to anesthesia emergencies and critical intraoperative situations.
• Follow anesthesia safety, infection control, and OT protocols.
