Supervisor - Nursing

The Supervisor - Nursing will supervise nursing services, staff allocation, patient care quality, documentation, infection control, and team discipline at Max Healthcare, Lucknow. This requires GNM or B.Sc Nursing with 5–10 years of nursing experience and leadership ability.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care across assigned wards or clinical units.
• Prepare duty rosters, allocate staff, and monitor shift coverage.
• Check nursing documentation, medication charts, handovers, and care records.
• Guide nurses in patient care, emergency response, and clinical procedures.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing heads, pharmacy, diagnostics, and support teams.
• Monitor infection control, patient safety, and nursing quality standards.
• Handle patient and staff concerns with timely escalation.
• Support audits, training, staff discipline, and nursing service improvement.
