Clinical Care Coordinator - Clinical Administration

The Clinical Care Coordinator will support clinical administration, patient coordination, department communication, documentation, and service follow-up at Apollo Hospitals, Bhubaneswar. This requires any graduate or healthcare qualification with 1–9 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care activities between doctors, nurses, diagnostics, billing, and support teams.
• Track patient appointments, investigations, reports, procedures, and follow-up requirements.
• Support admission, discharge, patient shifting, and clinical workflow coordination.
• Maintain patient care records, coordination logs, and daily updates.
• Handle patient queries politely and escalate unresolved concerns to seniors.
• Support clinical documentation, report collection, and care plan communication.
• Monitor service delays and help improve patient experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and patient-friendly communication.
