Clinical Care Coordinator - Medical Services

The Clinical Care Coordinator will coordinate care-related tasks between doctors, nurses, diagnostics, billing, and support teams. The candidate will help track patient investigations, appointments, doctor orders, reports, discharge process, and follow-up requirements to ensure timely and organized care delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical service workflow between doctors, nurses, diagnostics, billing, and support teams.
• Track patient investigations, doctor orders, reports, appointments, and treatment follow-up.
• Support patient admission, transfer, discharge, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Maintain coordination logs, patient trackers, reports, and documentation.
• Respond to patient queries and escalate complaints or delays to seniors.
• Support smooth communication between clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Guide patients and attendants regarding process flow and service requirements.
• Coordinate with laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, billing, and patient care departments.
• Track pending reports, procedures, approvals, and discharge requirements.
• Maintain patient privacy, service quality, and professional communication.
• Help improve timely care delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Support organized and patient-friendly medical services coordination.
