Officer - ADL(R&D)

The Officer – ADL (R&D) will be responsible for performing analytical method validation, verification, and transfer, along with analysis of validation and vendor samples. The involves preparing and reviewing validation protocols, reports, and logs while ensuring adherence to GLP/GDP standards and laboratory safety practices. The candidate will support audit readiness, maintain documentation accuracy, and contribute to training and development of team members within the analytical development laboratory.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform analytical method validation, verification, and method transfer activities.
• Analyze validation samples, stability samples, and vendor samples as per protocols.
• Prepare and review validation protocols, reports, and analytical documentation.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records, logs, and data in compliance with GLP/GDP.
• Ensure adherence to laboratory safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Support development and optimization of analytical methods.
• Handle and maintain analytical instruments and ensure proper calibration.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for method transfer and project execution.
• Ensure audit readiness by maintaining complete and compliant documentation.
• Participate in internal and external audits and address observations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the laboratory environment.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of chemicals, reagents, and standards.
• Train and guide junior team members on analytical techniques and SOPs.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality procedures.
• Investigate analytical deviations and support CAPA implementation.
• Support stability studies and data evaluation as required.
• Prepare MIS reports and analytical summaries for management review.
• Stay updated with latest analytical techniques, regulatory updates, and industry practices.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, and R&D teams for seamless project execution.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality in all analytical activities.
