Job Description
The Assistant Manager – ROW Sales will be responsible for managing and expanding export sales of liquid and oral formulations across CIS, APAC, and Middle East markets. The involves developing and managing distributor networks,entifying new business opportunities, and owning the P&L for assigned regions. The candidate will lead pricing strategies, negotiations, and ensure efficient order execution while coordinating with internal teams for regulatory compliance and seamless operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow export sales across CIS, APAC, and Middle East regions.
- Develop, appoint, and manage distributors and channel partners in assigned markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the international customer base.
- Own and manage P&L for assigned regions, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
- Lead pricing strategies, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Drive achievement of sales targets and market expansion goals.
- Ensure timely order processing, execution, and fulfillment in coordination with internal teams.
- Coordinate with regulatory teams for product registrations and compliance documentation.
- Work closely with production, QA, and logistics teams for smooth supply chain operations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Manage payment terms, collections, and financial coordination with clients.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and territory plans.
- Track performance metrics and prepare MIS reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and company policies.
- Support product launches and portfolio expansion in international markets.
- Resolve client queries, issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Optimize pricing and cost structures to improve margins.
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution and business growth.
- Stay updated with global market trends and regulatory requirements.
