Trainee - R&D

The Trainee – R&D will provide hands-on support in laboratory reactions, analytical interpretation, and plant activities during scale-up. The emphasizes strict adherence to cGMP and GLP standards, safety compliance, and fostering innovation in research projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strictly adhere to cGMP, GLP, and safety rules of the company.
• Execute laboratory reactions on a day-to-day basis under the guidance of senior scientists.
• Assist in plant activities during scale-up processes, ensuring smooth transition from lab to pilot scale.
• Support interpretation of analytical results to help draw conclusions for ongoing experiments.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure proper documentation of all experiments, reactions, and associated observations.
• Contribute intellectual input and innovativeeas to improve reaction procedures and project outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Production, and Analytical departments, to support project execution.
• Prepare weekly updates and comprehensive final reports on experimental outcomes.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and materials used in experiments.
• Participate in lab meetings and provide status updates to senior R&D staff.
• Monitor and maintain lab hygiene and workplace organization.
• Assist in troubleshooting experiments and suggesting improvements to reaction protocols.
• Support validation and verification of experimental methods and analytical procedures.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory compliance.
• Take part in training programs and skill development activities to enhance scientific knowledge and technical capabilities.
• Support implementation of safety and quality improvement initiatives within the R&D lab.
