Manager - Central Quality (Projects)

The Manager – Central Quality (Projects) will oversee project management activities related to quality systems across multiple sites. The involves close coordination with internal stakeholders, monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with QMS standards, and driving timely completion of quality initiatives. The candidate will also be responsible for tracking KPIs, managing communications, and supporting continuous improvement programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute central quality projects across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with site quality teams, cluster heads, and site heads for project implementation.
• Ensure timely completion of project actions as per approved plans.
• Conduct and participate in regular project meetings and stand-up discussions.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and overall performance against defined KPIs.
• Prepare and share periodic project updates (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) with stakeholders.
• Monitor and ensure completion of training programs aligned with project requirements.
• Support implementation and monitoring of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Track and manage actions related to LRP (Long Range Plan) and Global QTA initiatives.
• Maintain regular communication through project channels such as RESOLVE platforms.
• entify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including corporate quality, operations, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and project records.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes and systems.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice implementation across sites.
• Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational quality strategy.
• Provide guidance and support to site teams on quality-related project execution.
