Senior Executive-Order Management

The Senior Executive – Order Management will handle sales and service order processing, invoicing, and shipment documentation using SAP SD modules. The involves close coordination with logistics, customers, banks, and clearing agents to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods. The candidate will also focus on process efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement in order management operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate Sales Orders (SO), Service Orders, and related documents in SAP SD module.
• Prepare pre-shipment invoices, tax invoices, commercial invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of all order-related transactions and documentation.
• Coordinate with plant logistics, transporters, and CHA (Custom House Agents) for timely dispatch and loading of materials.
• Liaise with banks and CHAs to ensure shipment documents are processed and delivered on time.
• Manage manual invoicing processes, including credit notes and adjustments.
• Ensure timely delivery of billing documents and invoices to customers.
• Monitor order status and proactively address delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain high accuracy and integrity of all order and billing information.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain for smooth order execution.
• Participate in sales and outbound logistics meetings toentify improvement opportunities.
• Drive initiatives to reduce cycle time, improve efficiency, and minimize errors.
• entify risks in order processing and implement mitigation strategies.
• Handle customer queries related to orders, invoices, and shipments.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Support claims management and dispute resolution processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and automation initiatives in order management.
