Senior Executive- Production DCS

The Senior Executive – Production (DCS) will be responsible for operating and monitoring production processes through DCS, ensuring smooth plant operations, and maintaining product quality. The involves troubleshooting process issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to cGMP and safety standards. The candidate will also contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plant processes using Distributed Control Systems (DCS).
• Ensure smooth and continuous production operations as per defined parameters.
• Control and adjust process variables such as temperature, pressure, flow, and levels through DCS.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of production activities and parameters.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and maintenance teams for smooth plant functioning.
• Monitor alarms and respond promptly to abnormal conditions in the system.
• Support batch execution and ensure adherence to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
• Assist in process optimization to improve yield, efficiency, and productivity.
• Participate in plant start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities.
• Ensure adherence to EHS and safety protocols during operations.
• entify and report process inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist in validation, qualification, and commissioning of DCS systems.
• Train and guide junior operators on DCS operations and best practices.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for system maintenance and upgrades.
• Participate in audits and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness in the production area.
