Detail-oriented Quality Control Senior Officer/Officer responsible for performing analytical testing and ensuring pharmaceutical product quality compliance within laboratory environments. Skilled in analytical instrumentation, laboratory operations, documentation management, and GMP compliance. Experienced in maintaining laboratory standards and supporting quality assurance activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and laboratory SOPs.
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and UV systems.
- Maintain laboratory records and analytical documentation accurately.
- Conduct in-process and finished product quality testing activities.
- Investigate out-of-specification analytical results promptly.
- Coordinate with QA and production teams regarding quality issues.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of laboratory samples and chemicals.
- Support calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Participate in audits and regulatory inspection activities.
- Monitor laboratory safety and operational compliance standards.
- Prepare analytical reports and testing summaries regularly.
- Support method validation and analytical transfer activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of laboratory areas.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within QC operations.
