Sr. Executive

The Sr. Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end Discovery Solution projects, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining strong client relationships. The involves handling project timelines, preparing proposals, tracking progress, and ensuring smooth communication between Business Development (BD), R&D, Finance, and other cross-functional teams. The candidate will play a key in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and as per client expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute Discovery Solution projects awarded to the organization.
• Coordinate with Business Development teams for submission of RFIs and RFQs.
• Track and manage project timelines using project management tools such as Smartsheets.
• Lead all project-related communications with clients via emails and teleconferences.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, QC, Procurement, Finance) for smooth project execution.
• Inform internal departments about new project awards and ensure timely project initiation.
• Prepare cost estimates and timeline proposals based on inputs from PR&D teams.
• Maintain and update project tracking matrices and MIS reports for management reviews.
• Provide regular updates to BD team regarding project status and client interactions.
• Share outcomes of client visits and meetings with internal stakeholders.
• Present monthly project status updates to department heads and site leadership.
• Coordinate procurement of chemicals and materials required for project execution.
• Oversee the project lifecycle from initiation to final shipment with proper documentation.
• Ensure timely generation of invoices and coordinate with finance for billing and pass-through costs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project details, experimental data, and analytical reports.
• Prepare and update presentations on capabilities as per client requirements.
• Monitor project risks, delays, and dependencies, and take corrective actions proactively.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and client expectations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in project management and client servicing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
