Job Description

The Account Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, preparing financial records, managing invoices and payments, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The involves coordinating with internal departments, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting financial reporting and reconciliation activities. The candidate will contribute to efficient financial management and operational accuracy.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transaction activities.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
  • Process invoices, payments, reimbursements, and vendor transactions.
  • Maintain ledger entries and perform regular account reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparation of financial statements, reports, and MIS data.
  • Ensure timely bank reconciliations and monitoring of cash transactions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding financial matters.
  • Maintain proper documentation of vouchers, bills, and supporting records.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, GST, TDS, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Support internal and external audit processes with required documentation.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections when required.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data and records.
  • Handle expense tracking and support budget monitoring activities.
  • Coordinate with finance teams for taxation and compliance-related tasks.
  • entify discrepancies and support corrective financial actions.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for accounting and financial documents.
  • Support implementation of process improvements within finance operations.
  • Stay updated with accounting standards, taxation rules, and industry practices.
