Executive - Accounts & Finance

The Executive – Accounts & Finance will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, and supporting budgeting and compliance functions. This requires strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, statements, and reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
• Process invoices, payments, and vendor transactions accurately.
• Ensure timely billing, collections, and follow-ups.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and documentation.
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for audits.
• Assist in internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Monitor expenses and support cost control initiatives.
• Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting.
• Prepare MIS reports and provide insights to management.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
• Handle payroll processing and related accounting entries if required.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
