Manager- Information Technology

The Manager – Information Technology will be responsible forentifying automation opportunities, designing scalable digital solutions, and managing the full lifecycle of automation initiatives. This requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including InfoSec, Infrastructure, Cloud, and business units to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient deployment of digital technologies. The candidate will also lead governance, standardization, and enterprise adoption of automation capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the organization’s digitization and automation roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead automation governance, standards, policies, and best practices across business units.
• entify high-impact automation opportunities through process analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and ROI assessments for automation initiatives.
• Redesign and optimize business processes prior to automation implementation.
• Implement workflow automation using BPM and LCNC platforms such as PowerApps, Power Automate, Mendix, OutSystems, and Appian.
• Lead RPA implementation using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
• Oversee end-to-end automation lifecycle including solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and compliance of all automated solutions.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML technologies including predictive analytics, NLP, OCR, and intelligent automation.
• Integrate AI capabilities into business workflows to enable cognitive automation.
• Leverage a combination of RPA, LCNC, Python, and AI technologies for advanced automation solutions.
• Ensure adherence to AI governance, data privacy, and model lifecycle management standards.
• Manage automation program delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders for successful solution deployment.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and monitoring mechanisms to track performance of automation initiatives.
• Promote digital adoption through training sessions, workshops, and change management initiatives.
• Build and mentor internal automation teams and citizen developers.
• Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, and compliance records for all automation solutions.
• Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and cloud governance standards.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to enhance automation capabilities.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital transformation initiatives.
• Support audits, compliance checks, and regulatory requirements related to IT systems.
