Manager, FIEET Engineer

The Manager, FIEET Engineer will play a key in designing, developing, and supporting AI-based solutions and rapid prototypes that address complex business challenges. The involves working closely with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering groups to business requirements into technical implementations. The candidate will act as a domain expert, navigate ambiguity, and contribute to building a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional software engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and them into technical designs.
• Develop, test, and deploy rapid prototypes and AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure high-quality code standards, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
• Act as a domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) in AI and software engineering practices.

• Drive end-to-end solution development from concept to production deployment.
• Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and team members.
• Navigate complex and ambiguous problem spaces to deliver effective solutions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and business teams for solution alignment.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Ensure integration of AI solutions with existing systems and platforms.
