Manager, Senior Scrum Master

As a Manager, Senior Scrum Master, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on developing scalable analytics and AI solutions that transform business insights. You will act as an Agile coach and servant leader, guiding cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently. The involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, mentoring team members, optimizing workflows, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical delivery. You will also contribute to building a strong Agile culture and continuous improvement mindset across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives across global teams.
• Act as a strong Agile advocate by implementing best practices and continuously enhancing Agile frameworks within the organization.
• Coach Product Owners in creating, refining, and prioritizing Product Backlog Items to maximize business value.
• Ensure clear understanding of project goals, scope, and product vision among all Scrum team members.
• Provide leadership and support to technical and functional teams in solving complex challenges.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and knowledge-sharing team environment.
• entify, track, and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution and delivery.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships between Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance using Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint burndown, and KPIs.
• Guide teams on SDLC processes and ensure adherence to development and quality standards.
• Drive Agile maturity by coaching teams on Lean/Agile principles, values, and practices.
• Support cross-functional and cross-regional coordination for seamless project execution.
• Mentor and develop junior Scrum Masters and team members in Agile methodologies.
• Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Proactivelyentify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities in project execution.
• Contribute to AI-driven transformation initiatives by aligning Agile delivery with analytics and engineering goals.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and implementation of actionable insights.
