Manager - Medical Communications and Content Solutions (MCCS)

The Manager – MCCS will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and managing a wide range of medical and scientific content including publications, congress materials, educational resources, and digital content. The involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as medical affairs, publications, compliance, and digital teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of content. The candidate will also stay updated with industry trends and leverage innovative tools, including generative AI, to enhance content development processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop scientific and medical content including abstracts, manuscripts, posters, presentations, and slide decks.
• Create graphical abstracts, infographics, videos, and multimedia content for diverse audiences.
• Conduct systematic literature reviews and prepare plain language summaries.
• Research, organize, interpret, and compile complex medical and technical information.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all medical content through thorough reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, publications, compliance, statistics, and digital teams.
• Support scientific publication planning and execution for congresses and journals.
• Work with graphics, compliance agencies, and AI teams to deliver high-quality content solutions.
• Ensure all content complies with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
• Manage timelines and ensure timely delivery of assigned projects.
• Track project progress and proactively resolve issues with guidance from senior team members.
• Support development of training materials for therapeutic areas and products.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in medical communications.
• Utilize digital tools and generative AI platforms to enhance content creation efficiency.
• Maintain documentation and version control of all content deliverables.
