Job Description
Prashanth Hospitals is seeking a Physiotherapist to assess physical conditions, develop customized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions. The involves helping patients regain strength, mobility, and function while ensuring a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to care.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assess patients toentify physical impairments and functional limitations
- Design and implement personalized physiotherapy treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required
- Educate patients and families on recovery, exercises, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare teams for coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and treatment progress
- Ensure adherence to professional standards, ethics, and patient confidentiality
