The Manager - International Marketing will be responsible for international patient marketing, overseas referral coordination, global partner development, patient enquiry conversion, service promotion, and international healthcare business growth at Gleneagles BGS Hospital, Bengaluru. This requires any degree qualification with 5–10 years of experience in international marketing or healthcare business development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop international patient referral channels and healthcare partner relationships.
- Promote hospital specialties, doctors, packages, and services to international markets.
- Coordinate with overseas partners, facilitators, embassies, agencies, and patient contacts.
- Handle international patient enquiries, treatment estimates, appointment coordination, and follow-up.
- Work with clinical teams for treatment plans, cost estimates, and medical opinion support.
- Coordinate with admission, billing, international desk, travel support, and patient care teams.
- Maintain international lead trackers, partner records, conversion reports, and marketing MIS.
- Plan international campaigns, outreach activities, and referral engagement programs.
- Monitor competitor hospitals, market opportunities, and international patient trends.
- Ensure ethical communication, patient confidentiality, and professional relationship management.
- Prepare reports and business updates for senior management.
- Support growth of international patient services and hospital brand presence.
