This requires any degree qualification with 3–5 years of experience in referral marketing or healthcare business development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain referral relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, consultants, packages, and facilities professionally.
- Generate patient referrals, appointments, and business opportunities through field visits.
- Maintain daily visit reports, referral trackers, lead records, and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with OPD, admission, billing, patient care, and clinical teams for referred patients.
- Follow up with referral sources for feedback, service updates, and repeat referrals.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and referral performance.
- Prepare referral marketing reports and performance summaries for seniors.
- Support health camps, doctor meets, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain ethical communication and professional field conduct.
- Identify new referral opportunities in assigned areas.
- Strengthen hospital visibility, patient reach, and referral network growth.
