The Assistant Manager / Manager - Referral Marketing will be responsible for referral network development, doctor relationship management, lead generation, field marketing, healthcare partner coordination, and business growth at Gleneagles BGS Hospital, Bengaluru. This requires any degree qualification with 5–10 years of experience in referral marketing or healthcare business development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain referral relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare partners.
- Promote hospital services, specialties, consultants, packages, and facilities professionally.
- Generate patient referrals, appointments, and business opportunities through field visits.
- Plan and execute referral marketing strategies to improve patient inflow.
- Maintain visit reports, referral trackers, lead records, and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with OPD, admission, billing, patient care, and clinical teams for referred patients.
- Follow up with referral sources for feedback, service updates, and repeat referrals.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and referral performance.
- Prepare referral marketing reports and performance summaries for management.
- Support health camps, doctor meets, and outreach programs.
- Guide team members when required and monitor referral conversion.
- Strengthen hospital visibility, patient reach, and referral network growth.
