Senior Executive-Billing

The Senior Executive will ensure accurate and timely billing for OPD, IPD, diagnostics, procedures, pharmacy, packages, and discharge cases. The candidate should understand hospital tariff, billing workflow, revenue cycle, patient communication, and documentation standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare OPD, IPD, emergency, procedure, diagnostic, pharmacy, and discharge bills.
• Verify patient details, doctor charges, service charges, package billing, and discounts.
• Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, TPA, accounts, and administration teams.
• Explain billing details and estimates to patients or attendants.
• Support discharge billing clearance and payment collection process.
• Maintain billing records, receipts, refund records, and daily billing reports.
• Identify billing errors, missing charges, or tariff mismatch.
• Use hospital billing software and Excel accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
• Ensure transparent and patient-friendly billing operations.
