Executive - Billing

The Billing Executive will prepare accurate patient bills and coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for billing clearance. The candidate should understand hospital tariffs, billing software, payment records, and patient communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare OPD, IPD, procedure, diagnostic, pharmacy, and discharge bills.
• Verify patient details, charges, package details, and billing entries.
• Coordinate with nursing, pharmacy, lab, radiology, TPA, and accounts.
• Explain billing details to patients and attendants.
• Support discharge billing clearance.
• Maintain receipts, payment records, refunds, and daily reports.
• Identify billing errors and correct them promptly.
• Use billing software and Excel accurately.
• Follow hospital tariff and discount approval rules.
• Ensure accurate and patient-friendly billing service.
