The requires any graduate qualification or hospital administration background with 5 to 8 years of experience. Candidates should have strong knowledge of international patient coordination, patient care, administration, office communication, and healthcare service management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate healthcare services for international patients from inquiry to discharge.
- Communicate with patients, attendants, embassies, agencies, and healthcare partners.
- Manage appointment scheduling, doctor coordination, and treatment planning support.
- Assist international patients with hospital processes, documentation, and service guidance.
- Handle correspondence through email, phone, and official communication channels.
- Coordinate OPD, IPD, diagnostics, billing, admission, and discharge workflows.
- Maintain accurate patient records, passports, reports, and administrative documents.
- Support visa letters, treatment estimates, medical summaries, and travel-related paperwork.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, insurance, and international desk teams.
- Track patient queries, follow-ups, service requests, and pending documentation.
- Ensure patient comfort, privacy, and smooth hospital experience.
- Resolve patient concerns through proper departmental coordination.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports related to international patient services.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient, medical, and travel information.
- Deliver professional, polite, and patient-focused international healthcare coordination.
