Zonal Pharmacy Assistant

We are looking for a Zonal Pharmacy Assistant to support pharmacy operations across assigned centers. The involves inventory control, stock monitoring, team coordination, audit compliance, and pharmacy process standardization. The candidate must have strong pharmacy knowledge, leadership ability, and experience in managing multi-location pharmacy operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support pharmacy operations across assigned centers within the zone.
• Monitor medicine inventory, stock availability, and consumption patterns.
• Coordinate with pharmacy teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and internal audit standards.
• Review pharmacy documentation, stock registers, and expiry records.
• Support zonal pharmacy audits and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Assist in manpower planning, team coordination, and workflow improvement.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and dispensing of medicines.
• Track slow-moving, near-expiry, and fast-moving pharmacy items.
• Coordinate with vendors, purchase teams, and center pharmacy staff.
• Train pharmacy staff on SOPs, inventory discipline, and compliance practices.
• Maintain pharmacy quality standards across all assigned centers.
• Prepare reports related to inventory, audit findings, and pharmacy performance.
• Support leadership in improving pharmacy efficiency and cost control.
