Job Description
The Pharmacy Staff will be responsible for supporting pharmaceutical pharmacy operations, medicine handling, stock management, dispensing support, documentation, storage compliance, and coordination with internal departments at Ciron Drugs, Mumbai. This requires B.Pharm or D.Pharm qualification with 1–2 years of experience, pharmacy knowledge, inventory discipline, documentation accuracy, and understanding of pharmaceutical product handling standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support pharmacy-related operations including medicine handling, issue, storage, and documentation.
- Verify product name, batch number, quantity, expiry date, and storage requirements before issue.
- Maintain stock records, inventory registers, issue entries, and pharmacy documentation accurately.
- Monitor stock availability, expiry dates, near-expiry items, shortages, and reorder requirements.
- Arrange medicines and pharmaceutical products with proper labeling and traceability.
- Coordinate with stores, production, quality, dispatch, purchase, and senior pharmacy staff.
- Follow storage standards for temperature-sensitive, high-alert, and regulated pharmaceutical products.
- Support stock audits, physical verification, reconciliation, and inventory control activities.
- Report damaged, expired, mismatched, or non-moving stock to seniors promptly.
- Follow GMP, GDP, safety, hygiene, and product handling requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of pharmacy or storage areas.
- Support documentation required for product issue, receipt, and stock movement.
- Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy in pharmacy records.
- Participate in training related to SOPs, inventory, safety, and compliance practices.
- Ensure safe, accurate, and disciplined pharmacy support operations.
