Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machines and equipment as per approved procedures.
• Perform packing, labeling, and packaging activities according to production schedules.
• Ensure products are packed accurately and meet quality specifications.
• Conduct line clearance and verify packaging materials before operation.
• Monitor machine performance and report any operational issues promptly.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of packaging equipment.
• Maintain batch records, packing logs, and production documentation accurately.
• Ensure proper handling of packaging materials and finished products.
• Follow GMP, SOPs, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Inspect packaged products for defects, labeling errors, and packaging integrity.
• Assist in changeover activities and packaging line setup.
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality personnel for smooth operations.
• Report deviations, equipment malfunctions, and quality concerns immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.
