Dedicated Manufacturing Operator responsible for operating production equipment, executing manufacturing processes, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and GMP standards in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments. Skilled in equipment operation, process monitoring, documentation, and material handling. Adept at maintaining production efficiency, minimizing downtime, and supporting the manufacture of high-quality products in compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery as per approved procedures.
- Execute manufacturing activities according to batch production schedules and SOPs.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure compliance with production specifications.
- Perform equipment setup, operation, and changeover activities.
- Handle raw materials, intermediates, and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain batch manufacturing records and production documentation accurately.
- Conduct line clearance before and after manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and workplace hygiene standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues or breakdowns.
- Coordinate with supervisors, QA, QC, and maintenance teams for smooth production activities.
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Identify and report deviations, quality concerns, and process abnormalities promptly.
- Minimize material wastage and support productivity improvement initiatives.
- Participate in validation, qualification, and audit-related activities when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing area to ensure operational excellence.
