Job Description

Experienced Medical Oncologist responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with cancer and hematologic malignancies using evidence-based medical therapies. Skilled in chemotherapy planning, immunotherapy, targeted treatments, patient assessment, and long-term cancer care management. Adept at coordinating multidisciplinary treatment plans, monitoring therapy outcomes, and providing compassionate, patient-centered oncology care while ensuring clinical excellence and improved patient outcomes.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage patients with various cancers and oncologic disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis and disease progression.
  • Prescribe and monitor chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and supportive treatments.
  • Evaluate patient history, pathology reports, imaging, and laboratory findings.
  • Manage treatment-related complications, side effects, and supportive care needs.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to assess treatment response and disease progression.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide palliative and symptom management support for advanced cancer patients.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, risks, and expected outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, oncology documentation, and treatment protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital guidelines, oncology safety standards, and ethical practices.
  • Participate in tumor boards, clinical discussions, and multidisciplinary case reviews.
  • Stay updated with advancements in oncology treatments and clinical research.
  • Support clinical audits, quality improvement, and patient safety initiatives.
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care throughout the cancer treatment journey.
