Key Responsibilities:

• Confirm patient names ands using strict safety steps on hospital floors.
•  Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages and health conditions.
•  Choose the best tool (butterfly or straight needle) for each specific patient.
•  Mark every sample immediately with the patient's name, date, and time.
•  Use a centrifuge to spin and separate blood according to state laws.
•  Deliver all collected samples safely to the nearby laboratory.
•  Handle a high number of patients while keeping the workspace clean.
•  Coordinate and travel between two or more polyclinics to manage daily blood collection needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:Must have a BMLT(Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Technology) or DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology).
• Certification:Any Govt. valid phlebotomy or lab training certificate is applicable
• Experience: Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a phlebotomist profile.
• At least 6 months Internship experience is considerable. 
• Must own a Bike or scooty with valid documents.
