Telecaller Executive

The Telecaller Executive is responsible for handling hospital calls, patient inquiries, appointment support, follow-ups, and service communication. The requires good communication skills, patience, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage patient conversations professionally. The candidate should support appointment booking, lead follow-up, feedback calls, and hospital service information sharing.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls for hospital services and patient inquiries.
• Provide correct information about doctors, departments, appointments, and hospital services.
• Book, confirm, reschedule, and follow up on patient appointments.
• Call patients for service updates, reminders, feedback, and follow-up visits.
• Maintain proper call records, patient details, and communication notes.
• Coordinate with front office, OPD, billing, and marketing teams as required.
• Respond politely to patient queries and guide them with accurate information.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and hospital channels.
• Escalate urgent patient concerns or complaints to the concerned department.
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette during every patient interaction.
• Support patient retention through timely and helpful communication.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information and hospital data.
• Track daily call targets, response status, and conversion details.
