The OPD-IPD Manager is responsible for managing daily outpatient and inpatient department operations to ensure smooth patient flow, timely coordination, and high-quality hospital service delivery. The candidate should support doctors, nursing teams, front office, billing, and admission teams to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily OPD and IPD operations for smooth hospital workflow.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front office, billing, and admission teams.
• Monitor patient registration, consultation, admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Ensure timely patient support and proper communication at every care stage.
• Handle patient queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
• Supervise OPD-IPD staff and guide them for better work efficiency.
• Maintain coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments.
• Track patient waiting time and help improve turnaround time.
• Ensure proper documentation related to admissions, discharge, and department records.
• Support implementation of hospital SOPs, protocols, and quality standards.
• Monitor bed availability and coordinate patient movement as required.
• Prepare daily operational updates and report issues to senior management.
• Ensure patient privacy, safety, and service quality across OPD and IPD areas.
• Support hospital administration in improving patient care processes.
