Lobby Manager

The Lobby Manager is responsible for managing hospital lobby, front office coordination, patient guidance, visitor handling, and first-level service support. The requires excellent communication, hospitality, and patient-handling skills. The candidate should ensure that patients and attendants receive proper guidance, quick assistance, and a positive first impression when they enter the hospital.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage hospital lobby operations and patient reception area.
• Guide patients and visitors to the correct departments, counters, and services.
• Ensure smooth patient movement from entry point to registration or consultation.
• Handle front-level patient queries with polite and professional communication.
• Coordinate with front office, OPD, billing, admission, and security teams.
• Monitor lobby cleanliness, seating arrangements, signage, and patient comfort.
• Identify waiting patients and help reduce confusion or service delays.
• Support VIP patients, senior citizens, and emergency visitors when required.
• Manage crowd flow during peak OPD and visiting hours.
• Handle patient complaints at the first level and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure hospital service standards are followed in the reception and lobby area.
• Maintain visitor discipline and coordinate with security staff.
• Support feedback collection and patient experience improvement activities.
