Technician - Radiology

Apollo Hospitals is hiring a Radiology Technician to perform radiology imaging procedures including X-Ray, CT Scan, Colour Doppler support, and diagnostic imaging assistance. The candidate should have diploma or degree in radiology with technical knowledge of imaging equipment. The requires patient preparation, safety compliance, accurate imaging, and documentation.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform radiology procedures as per doctor instructions.
• Operate X-Ray, CT Scan, and imaging equipment safely.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Assist in Colour Doppler and other imaging workflows.
• Ensure correct patient positioning and image quality.
• Follow radiation safety and protection guidelines.
• Maintain imaging records and procedure documentation.
• Coordinate with radiologists and healthcare teams.
• Explain procedure instructions to patients clearly.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and readiness.
• Report equipment issues to the concerned team.
• Follow hospital radiology protocols and safety standards.
